To request a refund we require:

  • Photo or video of the issue

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items

  • Quality defects

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address entered by customer

  • Used or washed items

Once approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
